Jennifer Gippetti is the current Director of Customer Success at TRIPSHOT. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in customer service and project management.
Jennifer began their career in customer service, working their way up to a Project Manager role at Eurest Services. In this role, they managed a team of customer service representatives and was responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction targets were met.
In January 2018, Jennifer joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Sr. Project Manager Lead. In this role, they were responsible for managing a national contract for the company. This included sites across the US and Canada. During their time at Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer was successful in renegotiating the contract after a severe cut in cost and service, increasing business by 56%. Jennifer also maintained a year-to-year staff retention rate of 99% by developing infrastructure to support remote sites which created a collaborative work environment.
In November 2020, Jennifer joined TRIPSHOT as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the customer success team and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the product.
Jennifer Gippetti has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Accounting from San Jose State University. Jennifer also has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from West Valley College. Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
