Melissa Baldwin

Melissa Baldwin is an experienced application support analyst currently with TripSpark Technologies since April 2017, specializing in fixed route transit software support. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the ITS CAD/AVL Supervisor at CityBus, where responsibilities included IT and database administration for public transportation. Earlier experience highlights roles as a transportation planner for both the Tippecanoe County Area Planning Commission and the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, focusing on GIS analysis and land use planning. Additional positions include web development at iBeam Broadcasting and Enrollcom, and early career roles as an associate software engineer and undergraduate research assistant in meteorology. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, both from the University of Oklahoma.
