Yury Balandin has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Yury is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tripster, where they lead a team of over 20 professionals and focuses on software development. In this role, they successfully reduced technical debt and spearheaded a challenging migration project.

Prior to their current position, Yury has contributed to various web projects outside of their primary occupation, working as a Software Engineer and CTO. Yury has experience in developing information site engines and online shopping platforms.

Yury also served as the Head of Development and Team Lead at FoodEX, where they designed the project architecture according to the business objectives. Yury was responsible for launching the startup B2B marketplace in the HoReCa sector.

As the Co-Founder and CTO of Platform24, Yury was in charge of the platform's development and managed a team of professionals. Yury designed the project's architecture and implemented efficient data storage and retrieval systems.

Yury has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at 24h.TV, where they led the development of a service providing television channels and media content.

Other notable experiences include working as a Lecturer at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where Yury developed a comprehensive lecture course on Telecommunication Systems. Yury successfully delivered the course to hundreds of students over a decade.

Yury's early work experience includes roles as the CTO of Destiny Development, a game development company, and a Lead Developer at Yandex, where they participated in the development of the Blog Search feature.

Yury also has experience as a Software Engineer at CDC, where they developed and launched web projects, and at .masterhost, a hosting provider, where they contributed to the company's initial establishment.

Yury Balandin began their education in 1996 and completed their Master's degree in Laser and Optic-Electronic Systems at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2002. In 2003, they pursued further education and obtained a second Master's degree in Engineering from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, which they successfully completed in 2005.
