Alvin Wibowo's work experience includes various roles in human capital management, learning and development, and project coordination. The, Alvin started their career in 2015 as a Human Capital Management professional at Blibli.com, where they focused on culture assessment and training needs analysis. The, Alvin then transitioned to Unika Soegijapranata Semarang in 2016, working as a Project Coordinator and Assistant Consultant, primarily involved in identifying and creating business processes and job descriptions. In 2017, they joined Triputra Group, where they held multiple positions, including as an HCM Intern, an HCM Section Head, a Learning & Development Corporate member, and most recently, as the Head of Human Capital Management for PT.
