Nanang Kurniawan

Nanang Kurniawan has a comprehensive background in training and development, with experience in various positions within different organizations. Nanang started their career as a Training & Recruitment Officer at Kalbe Nutritional, where they developed and implemented training programs and organized competency matrices. Nanang then moved on to become a Training & Development Officer at Kalbe, where they focused on creating and implementing Matrix Training and People Development Programs. After that, Nanang worked as a Training-Development & HR Operation Sub Dept at Padangbara Sukses Makmur, where they developed and executed annual training programs and implemented competency-based Matrix Training. Currently, Nanang holds the position of Training and Culture Development Head at Triputra Group, where they are responsible for building an Eco-learning system and improving the quality of Leadership Development programs.

Nanang Kurniawan attended Universitas Sanata Dharma from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. During this time, they focused on the field of study in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
