Pedro Cervantes is the Managing Partner of Tristan & Cervantes. Mr. Cervantes provides legal services in the following areas of law: Administrative and Regulatory; Business Formation and Transactions; Commercial Transactions and Litigation; Construction and Development; Insurance Coverage and Defense; Labor and Employment, Municipal and School; Personal Injury and Property Damage; and Real Estate and Land Use

Mr. Cervantes is also a part of the firm's Government Relations and Lobbying practice.

Mr. Cervantes has represented clients before Federal and State Courts and many administrative and governmental bodies. Mr. Cervantes has also represented clients before Appellate Courts throughout Illinois. He has taken several matters to trial. Mr. Cervantes is experienced in counseling clients in litigation risk management.
