Robby Harmon

Robby Harmon serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TriStar Bank since October 2013, leading retail sales initiatives and supervising branch management to enhance the bank's growth and customer service. Harmon also holds the positions of Vice Mayor for the City of Dickson since September 2015 and has extensive experience in sales, having worked as a Senior Executive Sales Representative at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 1998 to 2013. Educational achievements include an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University and participation in various banking programs, such as the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and the Southeastern School of Banking.
