Aic K'Netha Jones

K'Netha Jones has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, primarily focusing on claims management and client services. K'Netha worked as the Director of Client Services at TRISTAR Insurance Group, where they ensured client expectations and contractual obligations were met. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Claims at TASB, overseeing claims, litigation, and risk management services for over 150 members in Texas. K'Netha also held roles as AVP/Claims Manager at AS&G Claims Administration and Branch Claims Manager at NovaPro Risk, where they reorganized and transformed claims offices, implemented best practices, and improved efficiency. K'Netha started their career at Kemper as a Claim Executive Compliance, performing compliance reviews and providing branch training. Throughout their career, K'Netha has consistently achieved high performance ratings and has been recognized for their ability to improve processes and motivate teams.

K'Netha Jones, AIC completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University, from 1974 to 1977. Additionally, they obtained the Associate in Claims (AIC) certification from The Institutes in August 1991.
