Glenn Matamoros

Glenn serves as the Bank’s Executive Vice President, Bank Operations & Technology and has spent nearly a decade working in the banking industry. Glenn oversees the operational activities of the Bank including loan operations, deposits, and treasury management and for both the commercial and private bank operations. In addition, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of technology initiatives across the bank. This includes enterprise applications, infrastructure, and data ownership and strategy. Glenn is a seasoned executive with success in strategy, operations and technology leadership in both large-company and entrepreneurial environments. He has proven success in multiple elite organizations, including being a Navy SEAL Team operator, as well as a former engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. He has a B.S. in finance from University of Maryland and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
