Debra Carpenter, Ph.D. has an extensive work experience in the field of information technology and healthcare. Debra currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Tri-State Memorial Hospital. Debra began their career as a Computer Operator at Lamb Weston Meijer.
Debra Carpenter, Ph.D., has a diverse and extensive education history. Debra holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Lewis-Clark State College, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Programming from Idaho State University.
In terms of certifications, Debra Carpenter obtained a Certified Professional Patient Safety certification from the IHI in September 2020. Debra also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, although the institution and specific details are not provided.
