Lauri Vance has over 13 years of experience in administrative and health care roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Lewis Clark State College since October 2010 and as a Health Unit Coordinator at Tri-State Memorial Hospital since April 2006. Lauri holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, obtained between 2018 and 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lewis Clark State College, completed in 2013.

TriState Health is located on 11 acres at 1221 Highland Avenue in Clarkston, WA with 7 acres available for expansion. In addition to the Hospital, the campus includes various physician’s offices, Pathologists’ Regional Laboratory, Owl Tri-State Pharmacy and Evergreen Estates Retirement & Assisted Living Community, an independent and assisted living center located directly behind the hospital.
