Louise Carstairs

Louise Carstairs has extensive experience in project management and product surveillance, currently serving as Head of Product Surveillance at Tristel Global since October 2020, following roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior to this position, Louise worked at Tyco Integrated Fire & Security Continental Europe from November 2015 to August 2020 as a Service Coordinator - Specialist. Louise's earlier career includes various roles at Booking.com from January 2011 to August 2015, such as CS Recruiter, Content Editor, Quality Control Associate, and Customer Care Executive. Louise began their career at Superdrug, where positions included Supervisor/Team Leader and Sales Assistant from 2003 to 2009. Louise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
