Michael Aurino

Michael Aurino is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product and process management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Tristone Flowtech Group since January 2016, Michael leads a talented team of Program Managers, Engineers, and Designers, overseeing the engineering and program management functions. Previously, Michael held roles as Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer, focusing on process adherence, design best practices, and risk mitigation across multiple programs. Prior experience includes working as a Product Engineer at Key Safety Systems, where responsibilities included testing and analyzing seatbelt applications, alongside earlier roles in research and internships. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanical from Michigan State University.
