Troy Widstrand began their work experience in 2006 as a Teacher at the School District of Hillsborough County. Troy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of London from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of South Florida in 2004 to 2005. Before their bachelor's degree, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in History at the College of DuPage from 2000 to 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Troy Widstrand has obtained various certifications. Troy holds a South Carolina General Contractor license from the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Board, obtained in December 2015. Troy also obtained a Georgia General Contractor license from the Georgia Secretary of State in May 2022, and a North Carolina General Contractor license from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors in January 2022. Furthermore, they hold a City of Columbus Ohio General Contractor license from the City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services obtained in March 2022, and a West Virginia General Contractor license from the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Board obtained in August 2022.
Troy has obtained an Alabama General Contractor license from the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors in July 2022, and a Virginia General Contractor, Class A, H/H, ESC license from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in September 2019.
