Brad Stillwagon

Brad Stillwagon, CCIM, currently serves as Vice President - Southeast Region and Director of Asset Management at Piedmont Office Realty Trust since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brad was an Asset Manager at Stirling Properties from February 2019 to March 2022, managing over 2,500,000 square feet of retail, medical, and office properties across the Gulf South. Responsibilities included overseeing leasing, financing, property management, and investor relations for various types of ownership structures. From October 2010 to January 2019, Brad worked as Vice President and Team Lead for Real Estate at Hancock and Whitney Bank, focusing on commercial real estate transaction management and facility management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, completion of the MCR.w Candidate program at CoreNet Global, and a certification in Financial, Market, and Investment Analysis from the CCIM Institute.
