Lucila Barretto

Lucila Barretto is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Underwriter for Fronting Solutions at Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company since July 2021, Lucila has previously held senior underwriting positions at Special Risk Insurance Managers Ltd. and Aviva Canada, where expertise in property and casualty underwriting was developed. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at Zurich North America and various underwriting positions at Aviva Canada and The CG&B Group. Lucila possesses a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, complemented by a social service worker diploma from Humber College.
