Gaven Smith is an accomplished Operations Director and Head of Global Product Support with over 20 years of experience in technical support and service operations. Currently overseeing regional service operations at Tritium®, they drive improvements in uptime and customer satisfaction while implementing innovative strategies such as Follow the Sun support. Gaven previously founded ChemDry Altima, managing all aspects of business operations, and served as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, where they enhanced system uptime in advanced imaging systems.
