Suki Juchno

Food Science Research Technician at Triton Algae Innovations

Suki joined Triton's Food Science team in May 2022. Her most recent experiences are in supporting active aging lifestyles through nutrition and fitness in senior residential communities. She worked for San Diego County's Aging & Independence Services as a diabetes educator, leading workshops on diabetes self-management practices.

She enjoyed contributing to the publication of a bariatric cookbook through extensive recipe testing and editing. Suki also assisted in an intervention study by the National Institutes of Health, creating healthier menu options for children. She earned a B.S. in Foods & Nutrition at San Diego State University.
