Frauke Hofsommer

Frauke joined Triton from Ferrero, where she was the Global Head of Talent Management and held various senior roles. Earlier in her career, she was a Banking Professional at Nassauiche Sparkasse, held Consultant and Controlling Roles at Noris Bank AG and DZ Bank AG, and held Executive Development Specialist and Leadership Roles at DBV Winterthur Insurance and AXA AG. Frauke holds a Master in Politics, Economics and Psychology from Goethe University Frankfurt and an Executive Master in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership from the ESCP Paris and is a certified Coach.
