Mikael Aro

Before joining, Mikael was the President and CEO at VR-Group Ltd. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President, Northern Europe of Carlsberg Breweries AS and as CEO of Oy Sinebrychoff Ab. Mikael has also sat on the boards of numerous organisations, including Mehiläinen Oy, Confederation of Finnish Industries, Suomen Kansallisteatterin Osakeyhtiö, Service Sector Employers PALTA and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He holds an Executive MBA.
