Philippe Nowak serves as the Luxembourg Tax Director at Triton Partners since January 2021, following a significant tenure at Deloitte Luxembourg where expertise was showcased as International Tax Director from January 2006 to January 2021. In previous roles, Philippe provided comprehensive tax advisory services to private equity firms, hedge funds, and multinational corporations, focusing on various aspects of international corporate structures and financing. Philippe's experience also includes leading intricate projects encompassing regulatory and legal domains, fostering client relations particularly within the Polish market, and mentoring team members. Philippe holds a Postgraduate and Master's degree in Management Science from the University of Liège and has participated in exchange programs at Universidad de Granada and the University of Warsaw.
