Tom McCarthy

Tom McCarthy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving at Triton Partners since January 2023, Tom previously spent a decade at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where roles included Partner in the London office, focusing on private equity deals, leveraged buyouts, secondaries, and commercial contracts. Prior to that, Tom worked as an Associate in Corporate Law at CMS Cameron McKenna and trained as a Solicitor, following a distinguished education that includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from BPP Law School.
