Coby Jacobus

Coby Jacobus has extensive experience in physical education and outdoor recreation, currently serving as a Physical Education Teacher at Triton Regional School District since August 2022. Previously, Coby taught at River Valley Charter School, managing the physical education program and introducing innovative classes such as alpine climbing. As the Head Coach for Men's Cross Country and Track at Manchester Central High School, Coby was recognized as the 2010 NH Coach of the Year and led the team to New England Boys Team Championships. Coby's background also includes roles as an Outdoor Recreation Coordinator for the State of New Hampshire, where various adventure activities were organized, and as a Mountain Guide with Northeast Mountaineering, specializing in ice climbing and backcountry skiing. Coby began a professional journey in sales and golf management but transitioned to education, holding a Master’s in Physical Education from Springfield College and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, where Coby also competed as a NCAA Division 1 athlete.
