Sr. Client Support Technician at Triton Technical

John Carter has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. John started their career in 2001 as a Hardware Services Technician at Affiliated Computer Services, where they managed server networks and handled hardware troubleshooting. In 2009, they worked as a distributor at Nu Skin Enterprises. From 2010 to 2011, John worked as an Independent Contractor at Dachel Inc., providing field technician services for various clients. In 2011, they joined Triton Technical as a Sr. Client Support Technician, specializing in IT client support for different devices and technical issues. Currently, John is working at Xceptional as a Tier II Lead Engineer, where they hold a leadership role in the engineering team.

John Carter attended ITT Technical Institute from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Networking Systems. In addition to their formal education, John also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2008, they obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA. More recently, in June 2023, they acquired the Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification from Google, as well as the Veeam Sales Professional and Veeam Technical Sales Professional certifications from Veeam Software.
