Fourat ZOUARI is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CTO at Tritux since April 2006, Fourat ZOUARI is responsible for building project teams, coaching leaders, and overseeing design choices to ensure high technical and quality standards. Fourat ZOUARI has effectively reorganized the technical department, enhanced sales and marketing efforts, and implemented KPI-based management practices focused on performance and employee satisfaction. Prior to this role, Fourat ZOUARI was the Manager of Research and Development, leading multi-technology projects in Java, PHP/Symfony, and Python. Earlier in the career, Fourat ZOUARI was a Lead Developer at Hexabyte, engaging in technological research for web solutions. Fourat ZOUARI holds an Engineer’s Degree in Software Engineering from Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies.
