Stephen Grossi

Stephen Grossi has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on strategic consulting, recruitment, team member experience, development, engagement, and retention. Stephen is currently the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Triumph Financial, Inc., where they play a pivotal role in the company's growth by providing comprehensive strategies. Prior to this, they held a similar position at BOK Financial, where they were responsible for designing and delivering the company's human capital strategy. Stephen was also selected to be a part of the Executive Steering Committee for the integration of CoBiz Financial. Stephen has also worked at PNC Financial Services Group as an HR Business Partner and at National City Bank as an HR Consulting Executive. Before that, they were the President of Capital Consultants, where they developed a business and operating model for the consulting firm. Stephen has also worked at Nationwide as an HR Director/Lead Consultant and at Accenture as an Experienced Manager, leading a large-scale HR transformation project. Stephen started their career at Allstate as an HR Account Manager, where they played a key role in consolidating benefit, payroll, and employee relations functions.

Stephen Grossi attended Glenville State University from 1982 to 1985. Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing.
