VP Strategic Projects at Triumph Business Capital

Michele Carrier has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michele began their career at CEVA Logistics as a Division Controller in 1996, where they excelled and was involved in various special projects. In 2008, they joined Crane Worldwide Logistics as the Director of Administration, where they managed complex programs across multiple countries and client groups. After a successful tenure at Crane Worldwide Logistics, Michele returned to CEVA Logistics in 2019 as the Director of HR Strategy and Process Improvement. In this role, they provided strategic and operational leadership and implemented solutions to increase automation and improve efficiencies. Recently, in 2021, Michele joined Triumph as the AVP of Strategic Projects and later became the VP of Strategic Projects. Their responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into projects, managing business reporting requests, and acting as a liaison between business and technology. Michele has a proven track record of driving project execution and achieving business goals.

Michele Carrier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2002, they studied Anthropology at The University of Texas at Austin.
