Jose Antonio Cerda Salazar

Jose Antonio Cerda Salazar is an experienced animal scientist currently employed at Triumph Foods, L.L.C. since September 2018. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Director Comercial at Desarrollo Agropecuario de Teacalco SPR de RI from December 2014 to September 2018, focusing on the production and commercialization of rabbits, pigs, sheep, and layers, both live and processed. Additionally, Jose served as Director Ejecutivo at Granjas DP SPR de RL from August 2011 to September 2018 and was the Executive Manager for Section 21 of the Cutting and Processing Industry at the Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Transformación from January 2000 to December 2010. Jose Antonio Cerda Salazar earned a veterinary medicine and master's degree in sheep and pig management from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 1983 and 1987.
