Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caitlin most recently worked at Triumph Hospitality as the Regional Director of Operations, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager at Choice Hotels International from March 2021 to September 2022. Caitlin also gained valuable experience at Drury Hotels, where they were an Assistant General Manager from August 2018 to March 2021 and briefly served as a Manager in Training in May 2018. Before that, they worked at Wyndham Hotel Group as a Guest Services Supervisor/Manager on Duty from February 2017 to May 2018 and as a Guest Service Agent from May 2016 to February 2017. Caitlin began their career in the hospitality industry at Laquinta Suites as a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor from April 2015 to May 2016. Prior to their hospitality roles, they worked in retail as a Sales Associate at Lane Bryant from June 2014 to April 2015 and at Torrid from June 2013 to June 2014.

Caitlin Hughes obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida - Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts degree at Eastern Florida State College from 2014 to 2016.
