Carl Smith

Carl Smith has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Global Manufacturing Director and Managing Director of Triumph Motorcycles Limited since January 1999. Prior roles at Triumph include Operations Director, Manufacturing Supervisor, and various engineering positions, showcasing a strong progression in responsibility and expertise. Prior to Triumph, Carl worked at Rearsby Automotive Limited as a Process Engineer and Engineering Apprentice. Carl holds a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering - Mechatronics from De Montfort University and has completed education at Melton Mowbray College of Further Education and King Edward 7th Upper School.
