Maya Bullen

Maya Bullen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2002, Maya began their career as a Junior Designer at Miles Kelly Publishing, where they worked on various book design and layout projects. Maya then joined GQ Design in 2005, utilizing their skills in web design, brochure creation, branding, and more for clients in different industries. In 2007, Maya became the Sales and Marketing Manager at Thremhall Park Ltd, contributing to the significant growth and high occupancy rate of the serviced offices. Maya's next role, starting in 2011, was as the Group Manager at Mantle Space Ltd, overseeing multiple business centers and being involved in their acquisition and setup. In addition to this role, Maya also served as the HR Manager for Mantle Space Ltd, handling employee-related issues, recruitment, and retention. Currently, Maya is the Head of HR at TRI - The RBQM Experts, a position they have held since 2023. Through their work experience, Maya has demonstrated skills in problem-solving, solution-finding, team management, and fostering job satisfaction.

Maya Bullen's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Chelmsford County High School for Girls. Maya completed their A Levels in Art, English, and History in the year 2000. From 2000 to 2004, Maya pursued a degree in Graphic Design at Cambridge Regional College, receiving their HND in the field. In 2019, Maya returned to Cambridge Regional College, this time for a CIPD Diploma in Applied Human Resources, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Maya obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Human Resources from CIPD in April 2020.
