Jolene Seda

Jolene R. Seda, MSOD, CHHR, PHR, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Treatment Services since August 2021 and is a Founding Member of Cowiche Consulting Partners, LLC, established in March 2021, focused on enhancing small to midsize locally owned organizations. Previously, Jolene held significant roles at Virginia Mason Memorial, including Chief Experience Officer and VP of Community People and Culture, where responsibilities included strategic planning, leadership oversight, and the implementation of Kaizen/lean principles to enhance patient care. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Yakima Valley Hospital, leading HR integration during organizational mergers. Jolene holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology, with a minor in Environmental Sciences from Central Washington University.
