Tara Hoverson is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare management, currently serving as the Outpatient Services & Quality Director at Triumph Treatment Services since December 2019. In this role, Tara supervises the implementation of business objectives and the enforcement of policies within various departments related to mental health and substance use disorders, focusing on high-quality customer service and client satisfaction. Previously, Tara held several positions at Triumph, including Client Access Services Manager, Utilization Review Specialist, PCAP Lead, and Case Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing admissions and front office operations to advocating for high-risk mothers. Tara has also gained experience in administrative roles at Central Washington University and Serenity Place of Kittitas County. Educated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Tara is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Management.

Triumph is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals overcome addiction and mental health disorders in order to regain and maintain control of their lives. We offer a wide range of services including assessment, inpatient and outpatient treatment, family supports and treatment options, housing programs, education, counseling (individual and group) and referral. Our goal is to help people triumph over addiction and other behavioral health needs. The first step usually occurs in the outpatient center. Assessment is the beginning of the process. Everyone is an individual and we attempt to match services to individual needs. With a wide range of treatment options, we can design the most appropriate and effective treatment to accomplish a long range solution. After assessment, the client is offered recommendations which could include treatment, group and individual counseling, housing, or referral to residential services. We link services throughout the process to provide a path from initial diagnosis and treatment through return to normal life. We provide people with a toolbox of skills to not only succeed, but to maintain their success. Triumph is a United Way partner agency.
