Nate Thompson

Nate Thompson is the Founder and CEO of Triumphant Transition Partners, a firm established in March 2023 that specializes in mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on dental and healthcare practice transitions. Prior to this, Nate served as a Practice Transitions Broker at Healthcare Practice Transitions from June 2020 to December 2022, assisting healthcare professionals with exit strategies and transition planning. Nate's earlier experience includes a decade at Henry Schein, where Nate managed a multi-million dollar territory as a Field Sales Consultant and consistently ranked among the top 5-10% in the nation for growth. Additionally, Nate held the position of Director of Business Development at MB2 Dental for a brief period and worked as a Research Fellow at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, focusing on public relations for notable clients such as Goldman Sachs. Nate holds degrees in International Business from Texas State University and Texas Christian University.
