Dr. Tanja Hofmann

Dr. Tanja Hofmann serves as the Talent & Culture Lead at trivago since July 2021, overseeing a team of approximately 50 professionals and managing all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle, including attraction, recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, engagement, and offboarding. Previously, Dr. Hofmann held various leadership roles at Deloitte, including Manager of Human Capital and Eminence Lead, focusing on HR transformation and managing HR projects for diverse organizations. An accomplished academic with multiple doctoral degrees in Personnel Economics and Human Resources from RWTH Aachen University and the University of Duisburg-Essen, Dr. Hofmann has extensive experience in compensation consulting, HR management, and talent development across different industries. Early career positions include HR roles in multiple companies and academic institutions, contributing significantly to HR research and education.
