Julia Grab

Julia Grab has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and people analytics, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & People Analytics Lead at trivago since March 2011. Julia has played various roles in recruitment, including Senior Recruiter and HR Project Manager, with a focus on sectors such as Legal, Finance, and HR. Notably, Julia has led recruitment teams, implemented data-driven recruitment strategies, and overseen the development of in-house recruitment software. Julia also has experience in employer branding and has supported HR operations through internships at Deutsche Postbank AG. Julia holds a German Diplom in Economics from The University of Bonn and has studied at San Diego State University.
