Malte Bilstein has a diverse range of work experience beginning in 2007. Malte started as a Student Assistant at Airport Research Center GmbH and later worked as a Freelancer at the same company. In 2010, they joined STR Global as a Marketing & Research Assistant before transitioning to Airport Research Center GmbH again as a Freelancer. In 2011, Malte took on the role of Sales & Marketing Intern at atmosfair gGmbH and then became a Project Manager for Incoming Tourism & Operating at AGE International GmbH. In 2014, they joined trivago as an Account Analyst and later became an Account Developer for UK/IE & Nordics. Malte then progressed to the role of Key Account Manager for Global Strategic Partnerships, followed by Account Director for Global Key Accounts & North America. Currently, they serve as the Head of Account Management for North America at trivago. Throughout their roles, Malte has demonstrated expertise in managing OTA accounts, fostering relationships with industry players, and driving forward strategic initiatives.
Malte Bilstein obtained a Master's Degree in Geography & Economics from RWTH Aachen University from 2003 to 2010.
