Ricardo Alves has held various positions in the financial and business sector throughout their career. From their work at Gertal as the Planning & Controller Director to their roles at Strong Charon - Soluções de Segurança, S.A as a Member of the Board and Business Unit Director, Ricardo has consistently shown responsibility for budget management and driving sales growth. At Ticket Restaurant, S.A, Ricardo served as a Member of the Board, overseeing business budgeting and cross-selling initiatives. Prior to this, Ricardo gained experience in finance as the Finance Director at Koninklijke ERU and as an Auditor at Deloitte Portugal. During their time as an Independent Consultant, Ricardo focused on management consultancy, investment projects, and cost reduction plans.
