Richard Gong

Richard Gong is a Software Engineering Manager at Triveni Digital. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Sr. Usability Engineer at Bellcore. Richard started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Ergonomics at the University of Michigan. Richard has also worked as a Sr. Automotive Design Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at General Motors. Richard holds a PhD in Human Factors Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from the University of Michigan.
