Satyanarayan R has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and leadership roles. Satyanarayan began their career in 2002 at Alstom India as a Location HR Manager. Satyanarayan then joined Siemens in 2004, where they held various HR business partnering positions, such as HR Business Partner for oil and gas/power generation and Head of HR for Global Shared Services. Satyanarayan also served as a HR Business Partner for Siemens Building Technologies before becoming a Senior HR Business Partner for Digital Industries. From 2020 to 2022, Satyanarayan worked at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd as a Country Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are working as a CHRO at Triveni Turbine Limited, starting in 2022.
Satyanarayan R completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for an unknown period without obtaining a degree. Additionally, they have an unspecified graduate degree.
