Kristi Mailloux is a board member at Trivest Partners. Prior to their current position, they served as the chief marketing officer at AM Conservation Group, Inc. from May 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing company branding and awareness by implementing marketing strategies to generate additional leads, including PR, print, digital, and launching a redesigned website. Kristi also worked closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to identify opportunities for lead conversions and increased margins.
Before their time at AM Conservation Group, Kristi was the vice president of operations at Service Brands International from February 2004 to February 2006. In this role, they were responsible for developing and promoting operational and support best practices across all Service Brands International companies, including Molly Maid, Inc., Mr. Handyman, Ductz, and 1-800-DryClean.
Kristi also has experience as an operating partner and board member at Eleven Eleven Holdings (Sola Salons multi-unit group).
Kristi Mailloux has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Psychology degree from Central Michigan University. Kristi also has a certification from ICFE in Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
