James Marks

James Marks is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in eCommerce and retail. As the CEO and Co-Founder of TRIVIAL since March 2021, James has led innovative initiatives in the industry. In June 2023, James co-hosted the podcast Unboxing Ecommerce, sharing insights from over two decades of friendship and entrepreneurial collaboration with Jennifer. James also serves as an advisor for Two Boxes starting January 2023 and previously held leadership roles at Whiplash Merchandising Inc, including Senior Vice President of Whiplash eCommerce and Co-Founder and CEO, focusing on strategy, partnerships, and product development. Earlier in their career, James founded VGKIDS, where James established mechanisms for the long-term success of a small business from August 1997 to July 2011.
