Jeff Masciadrelli

Jeff Masciadrelli works with TriVista clients to assess and improve supply chain and global operations, with particular expertise in turnaround and change management.

As the leader of TriVista’s Supply Chain practice, Jeff brings an uncommon level of experience in working with both union and non-union facilities on strategy development and execution, supply chain optimization, global project management, cost and inventory reduction, customer service, lead-time reduction. His 30-year career is punctuated by numerous C-suite and senior process engineering roles having worked across 17 countries to collectively deliver more than $130M in cost savings and profit improvements for various global enterprises.

Jeff’s history features success in environments demanding crisis management, problem-solving, process improvement, cost-out, and business turn-around.

Jeff received a BA in Operations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned a Lean Manufacturing Master Level Certification.
