Dr. Sapna Rani is a research scientist at Trivitron Healthcare since August 2022, specializing in the solid-phase synthesis and purification of synthetic oligonucleotides for R&D and pre-clinical programs. Responsibilities include sample preparation and data analysis using HPLC, along with the maintenance of various laboratory instruments. Prior to this, Dr. Rani served as a technical assistant at the Regional Centre for Biotechnology, providing support and training for new employees, as well as validating technical methods and equipment. Dr. Rani's experience also includes a role as a research scholar at the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, and as a project fellow at GITAM Deemed University, focusing on the production of 1-butanol from waste materials. Dr. Rani completed a PhD in Dairy Microbiology from the National Dairy Research Institute and holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Pondicherry University.
