Henk Talpaert

Henk Talpaert has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Henk is currently the VP of Procurement Operations & Analytics at Trivium Packaging, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at HTLP Consulting B.V. from 2013 to 2021, where they were involved in post-merger integration projects and market entry strategy initiatives. Before that, Henk held roles at Amcor as the Board Procurement Manager and Integration Manager for Amcor Tobacco Packaging, as well as Strategic Development Manager. Henk also worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Director and at McKinsey & Co. as an Engagement Manager. Henk's early career included a role as a Summer Associate at Ford Motor Company and as a Business Consultant at Intentia, where they implemented ERP software packages.

Henk Talpaert has a Master of Science in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Strategy from the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Henk further pursued their education at KU Leuven, where they completed their second Master of Science in Commercial Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Henk Talpaert then went on to earn their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
