Matthieu BELLION is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager for Trivium Packaging, Matthieu oversees the Seafood Business Unit across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Prior roles include Director of Data Science at TEREOS, where Matthieu established the Data Science function and achieved significant cost reductions, and Continuous Improvement Director at Tereos Sugar France, where efforts led to substantial savings in multiple factories. Matthieu's past experience includes positions at Sealed Air Corporation as Global Productivity Director and Albéa Group as LSS Master Black Belt, contributing millions in cost reductions through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Matthieu holds multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and operations management, complemented by a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from IAE Nice-Sophia Antipolis.
