Tanner Chambliss

Tanner Chambliss currently serves as the Assistant Plant Manager at Trivium Packaging, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Tanner held the role of Production Can Department Manager at CANPACK US from January 2021 to December 2023 and worked at Crown Holdings, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2021 as both PM&R Manager and Production Supervisor. Tanner's career began at Ardagh Group in May 2012, where initial responsibilities as an entry-level operator led to a promotion to Production Supervisor within 15 months, overseeing a team of over 50 in a high-speed production environment. Tanner is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, and Management at Penn State World Campus, with an educational background that includes studies at the University of Texas at Tyler and Kilgore College.
