Tomáš Lánský

Tomáš Lánský is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Tomáš began as Deputy HR Manager at Continental, where responsibilities included HR development, and progressed to HR Development Manager. Following this, Tomáš held the position of Head of HR Operations at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and served as HR Director for Eastern Europe at both Benteler Automotive and Faurecia. From 2017 to 2018, Tomáš operated as a Trainer, Coach, and HR Consultant. Most recently, Tomáš worked at Bühler Motor as HR Manager before joining Trivium Packaging as HR Manager in November 2024. Tomáš holds a Master’s Degree from the Technical University of Liberec, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
