Ann Schoening

Ann Schoening, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Workforce Planning at TriWest Healthcare Alliance. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Silicon Valley Bank and Human Resources Director at Bayless Integrated Healthcare. Additionally, Ann held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Vice President at Bank of the West and worked as a Recruiting Team Lead at Wells Fargo. Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Bellevue University, completing studies between 2000 and 2003.
