Mike Nowak

Mike Nowak serves as the Vice President of Program Management & Planning at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since June 2018, overseeing project portfolios and Government contracts. Notable achievements include implementing a project prioritization program and leading multiple departments, including the Enterprise Program Management Office. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at Alta Resources, where responsibilities included managing RFPs and developing a scalable Proposal Management process that significantly improved proposal quality. Mike's experience also includes positions at Oshkosh Corporation in Business Development, Humana Insurance as a Supervisor, and service as a Communications Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University, an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Campbell University.
